Questions planners ask
How much space does it need?
A typical setup takes about a 12' x 12' area with 9' of ceiling height. Tight on space? The arm can run in a smaller, restricted setup, so send us your floor plan.
How do guests get their photos or videos?
Every clip is edited with slow motion, speed ramps, freeze frames and color washes, then sent by text or email, sized for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
Can it work outdoors?
Yes, as long as it's set up in a covered space like a tent, pavilion or covered patio. With anything photo or video, temperature and lighting make or break the result, so direct sun, rain and extreme heat or cold won't work. It also needs a standard outlet nearby. We'll go over the spot with you on the discovery call.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better, since spring and fall dates fill up fast. If your date is close, reach out anyway and we'll tell you straight whether we can make it work.
Glam Bot Rental for Brand Activations in NJ & NYC
The Glam Bot gives every guest a red-carpet arrival. They step onto the carpet, our director cues the pose, and a robotic camera arm sweeps around them shooting high-frame-rate video. Within about a minute it's a slow-motion clip with your branding on it, sent straight to their phone. We bring the Glam Bot to product launches, galas, trade shows and corporate events across New Jersey, New York City and Connecticut, and every one is set up to capture guest data and hand your team the numbers after.
A celebrity arrival, directed for every guest
Every session is run by an on-site director who coaches the pose, the turn and the timing, while our host keeps the energy up and the line moving. The arm reaches nearly 9 feet high, extends over 5 feet out and runs 12 signature camera paths, from full sweeps to push-ins and reveals, so no two clips look the same. Guests can step up solo or bring their group. Professional LED lighting and a red carpet come with every setup.
Your brand on every clip
Every clip carries your logo, and we can add custom overlays, text, a branded intro or outro video, your brand colors and music picked for the event. Edits include slow motion, speed ramps, freeze frames and color washes, sized for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Custom printed 180-degree backdrops are available for an additional cost, so your brand sits behind every guest in every frame.
Built for the numbers you report on
Guests enter a phone number or email to get their clip, with an opt-in for your marketing list, and every video is saved to an online gallery your team can pull from. After the event you get the count of guest sessions, branded clips shared from the booth and opt-ins captured, plus every video file for your own channels.

More questions about the Glam Bot
How much space does it need?
A typical setup takes about a 12' x 12' area with 9' of ceiling height and a standard outlet nearby. Tight on space? The arm can run in a smaller, restricted setup, so send us your floor plan and we'll confirm the layout on the discovery call.
Can groups go together?
Yes. Guests can film solo or step up with their group.
How fast do guests get their video?
Within about 60 seconds of filming, by text or email.
How many guests can it handle?
About 20 sessions an hour, with our director and host keeping the line moving the whole time.
Can the clips match our brand guidelines?
Yes. We build the logo, overlays, colors and music around your brand and send it for your approval before the event.
What's the difference between the Glam Bot and the 360 booth?
The Glam Bot is a robotic arm shooting one cinematic red-carpet clip at a time, about 20 an hour. The 360 booth is a platform spin built for groups and volume, about 40 sessions an hour. A lot of brands run both.
