How much space does it need?
It needs at least 7.5' of ceiling height. We'll confirm the floor space for your layout on the discovery call.
How do guests get their photos or videos?
Each AI image carries your branding and can be printed on the spot or shared digitally. We recommend email sharing so every share collects a guest email.
Can it work outdoors?
Yes, as long as it's set up in a covered space like a tent, pavilion or covered patio. With anything photo or video, temperature and lighting make or break the result, so direct sun, rain and extreme heat or cold won't work. It runs on a standard outlet or our Jackery battery power, so it doesn't need to sit next to a building. We'll go over the spot with you before the event.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better, since spring and fall dates fill up fast. If your date is close, reach out anyway and we'll tell you straight whether we can make it work.

Are guest photos used to train AI?
No. Guest photos are never used to train AI models, by us or by our software's AI providers. Images processed by our AI software are deleted from its servers after 7 days, and your event gallery stays up until you ask us to take it down.
What print sizes are available?
Prints come in sizes up to 5x7, and every guest can also get a digital copy by email.
