Questions planners ask
How much space does it need?
One 6' table for every 2 robots. We add robots for bigger events.
How do guests get their photos or videos?
Every guest walks away with an original drawing on paper branded to your event, and can get a digital copy to share.
Can it work outdoors?
Yes, as long as it's set up in a covered space like a tent, pavilion or covered patio. The station starts with a photo, so temperature and lighting matter, and the robots and paper need to stay dry, so direct sun, rain and extreme heat or cold won't work. It also needs a standard outlet. We'll go over the spot with you on the discovery call.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better, since spring and fall dates fill up fast. If your date is close, reach out anyway and we'll tell you straight whether we can make it work.
AI Caricatures Drawn Live by a Robot: Brand Activations in NJ & NYC
AI RoboArt is a robot caricature artist for your event. Guests snap a photo, AI turns it into a portrait or caricature sketch, and a robotic arm draws it by hand, line by line, right in front of them. Watching the robot work pulls a crowd, and every guest walks away with an original drawing on paper branded to your event. We bring AI RoboArt to product launches, trade shows, conferences and corporate events across New Jersey, New York City and Connecticut, set up to capture guest data and hand your team the numbers after.
How it works
Snap a photo: guests take a quick photo at the station.
AI makes the sketch: AI turns the photo into a portrait or a caricature, whichever style you picked for your event.
The robot draws it live: a robotic arm draws it by hand with a real marker. Each one takes about 30 seconds to 3 minutes, depending on the style, the detail and how many people are in it.
Why brands love a robot artist
- A show, not just a station: people stop to watch the robot draw, so your space always has a crowd.
- A real drawing, not a printout: every portrait is drawn in ink, so it's a one-of-one keepsake guests hold on to.
- Portrait or caricature: choose a classic portrait or a fun caricature to fit the feel of your event.
- Groups welcome: friends and teams can be drawn together.
- Scales with your crowd: we run multiple robots side by side and add robots for bigger events.
Branded on every drawing
Every portrait is drawn on a 4x6 card branded to your event, with your logo and campaign graphics printed right on the paper, so the drawing that goes home carries your brand. For an additional cost, we can also brand the station itself to match your activation, since we design and print the material for your event.
Built for the data you're paying for
Brands hire activations for the data. Guests get a digital copy of their drawing by email, with an opt-in for your marketing list, so every portrait turns into a real contact your team can follow up with. After the event you get the count of portraits drawn, opt-ins and emails captured, and digital copies shared.
Where AI RoboArt works best
- Trade shows and expos: a robot drawing live is the easiest way to stop foot traffic at your booth.
- Tech and product launches: AI and robotics on display, with a keepsake that ties back to your brand.
- Conferences and corporate events: a personal drawing every attendee takes home.
- Galas and holiday parties: a modern take on the classic caricature artist.
- Retail and brand pop-ups: a reason to come in, stay and share.
More questions about AI RoboArt
What styles can the robot draw?
A classic portrait or a caricature. We set the style for your event so every drawing matches.
What size is the drawing?
Every drawing is a 4x6 on paper branded with your logo and event design.
How long does each drawing take?
About 30 seconds to 3 minutes per portrait, depending on the style and detail. With 2 robots, that's about 30 to 80 portraits an hour.
Is it a real drawing or a print?
A real drawing. The robotic arm draws every line by hand with a marker on paper.
Can groups be drawn together?
Yes. Group drawings take a little longer, since there's more to draw.
How much space does it need?
One 6' table holds up to 3 robots, and we add tables and robots for bigger events. It runs on a standard outlet.
How is this different from a caricature artist?
A traditional caricature artist draws one guest at a time by hand. AI RoboArt runs multiple robots at once, adds the show of watching a robot draw, and captures guest data with every portrait.
