How it works
1
Our photographer captures guests across the room and prompts them to scan a QR code to retrieve their photo.
2
Guests scan the QR code and upload a quick selfie to turn on facial recognition. No app needed.
3
For the rest of the event, they're alerted every time they show up in a new photo, delivered to a gallery branded to your event.

Questions planners ask
How much space does it need?
No booth space needed. If you add on-site printing, we need one 6' table and standard power for the printer and computer.
How do guests get their photos or videos?
Guests scan a QR code and upload a selfie, and our facial recognition alerts them with a branded photo whenever they're spotted in the gallery. You can also add on-site printing.
Can it work outdoors?
Yes. Our photographers go wherever your activation is. If you add on-site printing, the print station needs a covered space like a tent or pavilion, plus power, since the printer and computer have to stay out of the sun and rain.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better, since spring and fall dates fill up fast. If your date is close, reach out anyway and we'll tell you straight whether we can make it work.
Event Photographers for Brand Activations & Corporate Events in NYC & NJ
Our event photographers capture your activation the way your marketing team needs it: the booth, the brand, the crowd and every moment in between. And instead of guests waiting days to hunt through a gallery, facial recognition finds them in the photos and delivers each guest a private, branded gallery of just the photos they're in. We cover product launches, corporate events, conferences and brand activations across New York City, New Jersey and Connecticut, and every shoot is set up to capture guest data and hand your team the numbers after.
How guests get their photos
Our photographer snaps a guest's photo and prompts them to scan a QR code to get it. They register by phone, email or WhatsApp and upload a quick selfie to turn on facial recognition: about 10 seconds, no app to download. For the rest of the event, they're alerted every time they're spotted in a new photo, in as little as 2.5 seconds from the shutter click when we share in real time.
Why brands love live event photography
- No app, no hunting: guests register in about 10 seconds and only ever see the photos they're in.
- Photos while the event is still live: real-time delivery means guests post while they're still in the room, when the buzz is highest.
- Your brand on every gallery: each guest's gallery is custom-branded to your event.
- Leads from people who actually attended: collect guest emails and phone numbers at registration, plus answers to a short survey question or two.
- Privacy built in: guests opt in to get spotted, galleries are private, and attendee data is never used for anyone else's marketing.
- Works when the signal doesn't: if the venue loses connection, registrations and photos queue up and go out as soon as it's back.
- Instant or curated: send photos the moment they're taken, or hold them for editing and release them on your schedule.
Pair it with a photo experience for double the exposure
Our roaming photographer covers the room while one of our photo experiences draws the crowd, and both feed into the same branded gallery. Guests register once and get everything they're in: the candids our photographer caught across the floor and the shots from the booth, all in one place and all carrying your branding. That's two sources of branded content, two reasons for guests to post, and one set of numbers for your report.
It works with any of our photo and video experiences, from the Glam Photobooth to the 360 booth and AI Photobooths.
Built for the numbers you report on
After the event you get the numbers behind the photos: photos captured and delivered, guest registrations by SMS, email or WhatsApp, photo views, downloads and shares, and the contact info and leads collected, plus the full photo gallery for your own channels. It's event photography you can put in a report, not just a folder of pictures.
Add on-site printing
Want guests to leave with a print? Add an on-site print station and guests can walk away with a branded photo in hand. It takes one 6' table and standard power for the printer and computer.
A team sized to your event
Coverage starts with one photographer, and we scale the team to your event's goals and size, from a single activation space to a multi-room conference.
Where live event photography works best
- Brand activations and pop-ups: content for your channels plus a branded gallery for every guest.
- Corporate events and conferences: attendees find themselves in the photos without asking, and you capture who was there.
- Product launches and premieres: the crowd, the reveal and the reactions, delivered while the buzz is still live.
- Sports, arenas and fan events: fans get their photos as they're spotted, and sponsors get the reach.
- Galas and award nights: every guest gets their red-carpet moment in a gallery branded to your event.
More questions about event photography
How does facial recognition photo delivery work?
After our photographer takes their photo, guests scan a QR code and upload a quick selfie. From then on, our system spots them in every new event photo and alerts them, delivering each one to their own private, branded gallery.
Do guests have to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code and register by phone, email or WhatsApp in about 10 seconds.
How fast do guests get their photos?
With real-time sharing and a good connection, in as little as 2.5 seconds after the photo is taken. You can also hold photos for editing and send them later.
Can we pair a photographer with a photo booth?
Yes. Our roaming photographer and one of our photo experiences can feed the same branded gallery, so guests get their candids and booth shots together.
Is it private?
Yes. Guests opt in to get spotted, each guest only sees the photos they're in, and attendee data is never used for anyone else's marketing.
