How much space does it need?
It needs at least 7.5' of ceiling height. We'll confirm the floor space for your layout on the discovery call.
How do guests get their photos or videos?
Unlimited prints with your custom design, plus GIFs and boomerangs, and a live web gallery that builds as the event goes. We recommend email sharing so every share collects a guest email.
Can it work outdoors?
Yes, as long as it's set up in a covered space like a tent, pavilion or covered patio. With anything photo or video, temperature and lighting make or break the result, so direct sun, rain and extreme heat or cold won't work. It runs on a standard outlet or our Jackery battery power, so it doesn't need to sit next to a building. We'll go over the spot with you before the event.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better, since spring and fall dates fill up fast. If your date is close, reach out anyway and we'll tell you straight whether we can make it work.

We design the print layout around your logo, campaign graphics and brand colors with your team before the event, and the same look carries through to the digital shares. A live web gallery builds as the event goes, so your team has every photo for your own channels the moment it's over.
Prints come in sizes up to 5x7. For an additional cost, we also offer branded backdrops and booth wraps, so your brand is on the booth itself and behind every guest in every photo.
Built for the numbers you report on
We recommend email sharing, so every guest who wants their digital copy enters an email, with an opt-in for your marketing list. After the event you get the count of guest sessions, prints produced, shares and guest emails captured, and photos added to your live gallery.
Want more than an email? We can add a custom survey at the sharing station, or build a custom game into the experience to raise interaction and give guests a reason to stay at the booth longer.
